Like I mentioned in the last blog post, I always love being able to reconnect with old friends. Everyone will eventually need a portrait taken, so when people find out that I am a professional photographer, I am the guy they choose!
I had the great pleasure of going back to my roots and taking the St. Paul Staff Portrait for the St. Paul Yearbook this year. It was so great to see and chat with all of my old teachers, again!
The lighting conditions were VERY difficult - this portrait was taken at 3:00pm, with full sun. To make things even more difficult, I had to fit in 85 people into this portrait! Wowserz!
Thankfully, though, my SB-900s came through, and powered through this portrait, and I think that it came out awesome!
"I can't believe you lit 85 people with flash. That's awesome. And it turned out great!" - amanda
