Kim and Dave: It's Devotion!
The wedding season is now in full-swing, and we are photographing a wedding, every weekend, up until the weekend of our wedding in July. We are so fortunate to be able to spend time and photograph so many incredible couples.
Kim and Dave are no exception. We drove up to photograph their wedding in Brampton, this past Saturday, and had a really great day with them, their family and their friends.
Our favourite part about Kim and Dave's wedding was that everyone was so relaxed and so very obviously having a great time. From the salon to the ceremony to the reception, everyone was at ease and everyone was enjoying their day, stress-free. That is so important, because that is what the wedding day is about, isn't it?

I love this image that I captured at the salon. If you look closely, you can see the reflection of Kim's mom in the glass, on the left-hand side of the image.
This portrait is an incredible image and a wonderful moment. The first time that Kim's Grandma and Dave's Grandma met was at Kim and Dave's wedding. They were introduced to each other, and they immediately began hugging, congratulating each other. This is that moment.
You probably recognize Adam, on the left-hand side of this portrait, sitting on the railing. We photographed Ruth and Adam's wedding in 2008, and they were the ones who recommended us to Kim and Dave to photograph their wedding. We LOVE seeing our couples again!
Here are some fun moments throughout the reception - a great testimony as to why our couples appreciate the fact that we stay for part of the reception.
