Throughout the last few years, running my business, buying our house, planning our wedding, building an addition, and so on, I have come used the services of quite a number of local businesses. From real estate agent, home inspection, lawyer and accountant, to landscaper, insurance agent, stair manufacturer, carpet installer, electrician and general contractor, I have come in contact with a TON of business owners and service providers.

It is unfortunate to say that I have had my share of negative experiences, whether it be a service provider not following through on what he or she promised, to a business owner providing lousy customer service and not setting proper expectations with me. I feel like in the last 3 or 4 years, through all of this, I have learned a lot about life and a lot about the do's and don'ts of running a service-based business.

In comes Boyd Automotive. Stu, the owner of Boyd Automotive, recently joined our BNI Chapter, and so when I started hearing weird sounds coming from my brakes, I turned to Stu and his gang.

I want to share my story, because so many people are quick to complain when something goes wrong, but very few are quick to praise when something goes right. Check "Read More", below, to see the whole story!

Chris and Krista got married at Our Lady of the Scapular in Niagara Falls, and then had their reception at Club Italia, also in the Falls. For their photographs, we went to Botanical Gardens, followed by some more "edge-y" photos down at Queen Street in the Falls. In continuing our "Spread the Love" series, below is a video of Ashley's mother, Lynda, saying a few words about her experience with us. Ashley and Braden got married this past year in Braden's parent's backyard, and it was probably the most beautiful backyard wedding I have ever had the privilege of attending.

Boudoir photography is a style of photography that I have blogged about and spoken about many times before. Typically, when a client hires me to photograph a boudoir session for them, the images are created for them and their eyes only, and therefore, it never sees the light of this blog.

I recently photographed a boudoir session for Cassaundra, and she gave me permissions to use a few of the images on the blog, so I thought that I would share a few of the images.

I also just finished up a radio interview with Tim Denis from 610 CKTB in St. Catharines, where he interviewed me, briefly, about my accomplishments as a photographer, and we also briefly touched on boudoir photography.

I recently was accredited in "Boudoir Photography" by the Professional Photographers of Canada, so the interview couldn't have come at a better time!
