Today, Chris and I arranged a photo-shoot with two local models. We figured that while we're here in Las Vegas, we might as well take advantage of some of the different scenery and photo-locations.
We went with Brooklyn and Sarah to the little town of "Nelson" (aka Ghost Town). This is a little old, run-down, abandoned town, about an hour outside of Las Vegas. It's buildings and cars are still in-tact, so it makes for a sweet photo-shoot location!
Special thanks to the awesome Brookyn and Sarah for hanging out with us today and putting up with our goofiness! We had TON of fun!
I also wanted to say a quick (late) happy valentines day to my wonderful fiance, Ally!
Last (but CERTAINLY not least), I wanted to congratulation my good friends (and Al and my wedding photographers), Dave and Charlotte ... they got engaged last night!! Sweet!! How exciting!
Hope that you enjoy the photos!

I know, I know ... I haven't been posting much! I've been pretty busy with a whole bunch of fun and exciting things, but the shooting has slowed down a little bit. No one wants to shoot in this freezing, Canadian, -15 degrees weather. I don't understand why!?
Well, finally, we had a beautiful day today, so Ashley and I figured we might as well make the best of it!

On Saturday, Al and I spent an amazing day together. For Christmas this year, I got Ally a very unique and fun present:
- A pedicure/manicure with the lovely ladies @ Textures
- A hair color with Christina at Textures
- A hair cut with Jaime at Textures
- A shopping-session, where we would buy her a nice dress
- A photo-shoot, where she can strut her "new look"
- Dinner @ the keg
- A movie
So it was an awesome day! Here's some of our favorite photos that we took

This afternoon, Nina and I trekked out to the Niagara Falls Casino for an amazing photo shoot! It was Nina's first time in front of the camera, and once we got her over the initial giggles (which were awesome, by the way), you never would have been able to tell!
Check 'em out!!

Last Wednesday, Joanna (my wonderful co-op student) and I went out for a photo-learning session. We took her sister, Andrea, out for a shoot at the Niagara Falls Casino, so that Joanna and I could do some photography lessons. We were really focusing on light - choosing the best light, posing in certain light, and distinguishing good light from bad light.
I didn't shoot much, as I was teaching/talking with Joanna most of the time, but here's a few quick ones I snapped:
