Wow - I can not believe that almost two weeks have gone by since Mike and Lauren's wedding! It seems like almost yesterday! I guess that time really does fly when you're having fun!
Mike and Lauren's wedding was a beautiful celebration of two very kind people. Enjoy a few of my favourite images that I feel really tell such a great story for Mike and Lauren.

Last weekend, we had the pleasure of photographing Kristin and Craig's wedding in downtown Oakville. We had one of the nicest days of the summer, and created some beautiful imagery for Kristin and Craig.
Keep your eyes peeled for a "special" blog post from Kristin and Craig's wedding coming soon!

We kicked off our wedding season with a splash last weekend! We had the only day in a span of two weeks without rain, so we knew that someone was watching out for us!
Dave and Victoria had their ceremony at the St. Catharines Cathedral, which is an architecturally beautiful location for a wedding. Check out their engagement session here.
I posted a few family portraits from the wedding here, and now it's time for the rest of their wedding day in photographs. Enjoy a few of my favourite images that I think help tell their story.

A lot of the time, as a wedding photographer, I tend to gravitate towards blogging the more creative images from a wedding day. I love showing off unique, beautiful and creative wedding imagery that really shows off my skills as a wedding photographer. That isn't to say, however, that I don't create beautiful traditional portraits with the families on a wedding day - that is just as important, sometimes!
I thought that I would blog a few wedding family portraits from this past weekend's wedding with Dave and Victoria. Creating these beautiful images isn't just as simple as setting up a line of family members and snapping a picture. For Dave and Victoria's wedding, we scouted out the perfect location for the family portraits, and paid close attention to the soft, semi-directional light that was bouncing off of a nearby building. What resulted was beautiful and softly-lit family portraits that makes everyone look great!
Don't take my word for it, though ... check out these images, and let me know what you think!
Coming soon - more of the "creative" side of Dave and Victoria's wedding!

Mark and Sayuri got married a year ago, here in Niagara Falls, at Queenston Heights. They contacted me a while ago, and asked me to spend some time with them, now, a year later, and create some portraits of them from their vow renewal.
We hung out two weeks ago, and drove around, limo-style, around Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake, creating some beautiful images for them. What I loved most about it was that Mark and Sayuri put all of the creative freedom in my hands - we had 3 hours to go wherever I wanted to go, and get whatever photos I thought would look great.
Enjoy!
